Right Now with Ann Vandersteel: John Frankman says Pentagon violated Nuremberg Code with its illegal VACCINE MANDATE – Brighteon.TV
Former U.S. Army Special Forces Capt. John Frankman believes the
Department of Defense (DoD)
violated the Nuremberg Code by forcing American military personnel to take the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine.
"The military service members were screwed over by military leaders in pretty much a Nuremberg [Code] violation, because the code says you can't be forced to take something against your own will. You can't be coerced, you can't take something that's experimental that you don't know the results for," the former soldier explained during the Aug. 16 episode of "Right Now with Ann Vandersteel" on
Brighteon.TV.
"People need to realize that the mandate was illegal. The shots that were provided … [and] the COVID-19 test were not approved by the FDA [
Food and Drug Administration]."
Frankman told Vandersteel that while the military was quick to assign people as having COVID-19, it hasn't looked into the injuries caused by the COVID-19 vaccine. Some individuals who reached out to him shared the vaccine damage they suffered – including facial paralysis, a deficient immune system and more.
Prior to the vaccine mandate, the actual military policy was the COVID-19 vaccines were optional. However, military authorities were putting pressure on service members with regard to "readiness." The vaccine mandate was enforced in practice by taking away deployments, said Frankman.
He pointed out that even though 90 to 95 percent of the military got the vaccine, it wasn't based on their free will. Making service members do something they aren't supposed to do will demoralize and hurt them, Frankman added.
COVID-19 vaccine mandate negatively impacted the military
According to the former Green Beret, the illegal COVID-19 vaccine mandate had negative effects on the U.S. military's readiness. He was fortunate to not have been kicked out or forced out of the service, but others have not been so lucky. But as a Green Beret, Frankman wasn't allowed to be deployed, moved to different assignments or go on temporary duty travel due to his unvaccinated status. (Related:

Frankman expounded on the repercussions of the COVID-19 vaccine mandate
in a July 31 op-ed for the
Floridian Press. "Although many service members were forced out because of the vaccine mandate, many more are leaving because they are disillusioned with the military. The institution [has] forced them to choose between their career or their conscience, health, and well-being," he wrote.
"Now, the military is a less lethal force than it should be as it wasted immense time and energy focusing on forcing service members to conform, rather than to train, all while facing a major recruiting and retention problem."
People were forced to take an emergency use authorization drug, noted Frankman, making Big Pharma immune to any liability in case of any vaccine injuries. But while Big Pharma isn't liable, the Defense Department is – because it paid the pharmaceutical firms to make the COVID-19 vaccines.
Vandersteel agreed with her guest, denouncing the "100 percent immoral" vaccine mandate. She added that Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is responsible for mandating the COVID vaccine and forcing it on all military personnel.
She then asked if other military service members are mulling legal action against the defense secretary. Frankman replied in the affirmative, citing a number of complaints against Austin based on existing laws.
