Joe Biden
called an early lid on Nov. 11, probably because he is starting to realize that he is not the legitimate president-elect, despite media claims to the contrary.
As the
lawsuits move forward, and several states announce hand recounts of their ballots, the writing is already on the wall to suggest that President Trump will soon win reelection.
If attorney Sidney Powell's latest claims are correct, then hundreds of thousands of illegitimate ballots cast for Biden will have to be discarded, potentially resulting in a Trump landslide.
Powell, who is credited with exposing the Obama administration's framing of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, says there is "tons of evidence that hundreds of thousands of ballots are going to have to be discarded."
"We have evidence of the same number of ballots or same number of votes being injected into the Wisconsin system and into the Michigan system three different times," she added during a recent interview with
Fox Business' Maria Bartiromo.
"I think there were two different injections of exactly the same numbers in Michigan and then in Milwaukee – it happened three times."
Multiple states violated their own voting laws
On top of the fake ballots and swapped vote counts, some of the contested states were also caught violating their own election laws by accepting ballots after the deadline.
Pennsylvania is a perfect example of this, as its Supreme Court
defied the state legislature by deciding to accept and count mail-in ballots received after Nov. 3.
This is currently being contested, and chances are that the U.S. Supreme Court will rule that only those votes received by the election day deadline are to be counted, which would put Trump ahead of Biden in the key battleground state.
"We have several states where they did not follow the law established by their legislature," Powell told Bartiromo, noting that four states in particular "have deviated from what the legislature told them to do" with "pallets of ballots coming in the back door."
"There is tons of evidence that hundreds of thousands of ballots are going to have to be discarded, and they're all for Biden," she added.
Powell suggests Trump will remain commander-in-chief
When asked if she believes that Trump will win reelection once the dust settles, Powell made it clear that an alleged President-Elect Biden is "statistically impossible."
"It's just mathematically impossible," she declared, suggesting the evidence is already in, or soon on the way, to support a Trump upset.
Time is of the essence, though, and the Trump team needs to move fast to get everything settled before the electoral college meets to decide on a winner.
The good news is that the Trump campaign is only required to present a preponderance of evidence rather than "beyond a reasonable doubt" proof of its voter fraud claims.
State election officials who mismanaged the system and violated their own laws, for instance, will be the ones obligated to prove that what they did was lawful and correct. In other words, the burden of proof to support a Biden win is on the shoulders of those trying to unseat Trump.
We already know that Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has ordered that all late ballots in Pennsylvania be kept segregated because it is a strong possibility they will have to be thrown out.
"It's not a matter of 'curing' them," Powell says about these illegal ballots. "They can't be counted at all."
Beyond this, there are additional fraudulent ballots that came in by the hundreds all with the same exact ink on them, suggesting that they were filled out illegally and counted for Biden.
